Not only responding, but also finding where to send a request for aid. Even Ubisoft took less time to do all rather then just finding how to contact Nexon directly and not finding the FAQ the 11th time.
I have like at least 28 chars over level 100 on my account which are all in windia. I got a mail, redeemed a code, and the PTS icon appeared, but it doesn't let me download...
It should be up in a few hours, no?
