I agree they should probably increase the cooldown time and give an iframe. Another option would to change the animation to be less obstructive. I don't know too much about Hayato so Idk if they already have viable iframe sources.

If they do put iframes on it, maybe increase the cooldown to 20 seconds like hero.

Nebulites are are a problem for all servers, not just reboot. This isn't a terrible idea, but it shouldn't be tagged reboot.
