I completely agree with this proposal, as I am from central America and can't play through steam, what bothers me the most is that i can perfectly play MS2 from steam.
I really hope they remove the region lock, even if only benefits a few players.

Well, this patch did nothing for me, i still lag, and it was not addressed in the patch notes, our only hope is that nexon patches it or someone comes with a fix, my shadower got stuck from the lag at thanatos.
