Same, im guessing Nexon staff is fixing the error right now so they are temporarily disabling marvel, at least i hope thats whats going on and we didn't just all lose our spins
From what I can tell all the characters that didn't get the burning effect back were low level characters, all before 4th job. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but its possible.
