Yeah, if you're on 10, a normal restart won't clear out what causes issues with the game. I've tried the shutting down thing you showed me but it still shows up. thank you for helping though! ill just wait this problem out.
kanna is actually a really fun character when you get to level 60 and plus there's a lil pet fox! But the amount of hp she has is kinda small for a magician haha
