Hi All, Trying to see if anyone knows the cool down timer in between seal/stun that can be casted on a boss. Also, for bosses with multiple phases/forms does the CD reset or share in between intervals.

Is this guide still up-to-date with all the patches??? I am trying to cube gear best I can without having to depend on getting NX as the only source.
