• Bump this as well, I believe Nexon stated in their maintenance notes that they are still investigating this issue but just in case. I'm unable to fight Damien after finishing Heroes of Maple: Act IV today on 6/23/2019

• Had that happen to me as well, try returning to maple world and re-entering afterlands after forfeiting. That fixed it for me

• Have you checked the bottom of the quest list? There's no level to the invitation so it gets pushed to the bottom (just accepted it on my end)
