It might have to do with the external chat. (a possible solution, not guaranteed) Go to Start, then type Graphics Settings. Browse Maplestory.exe, then change settings to Power Saving. I hope that helped.

Hey guys, I have resolved this issue. For anyone else who might have a similar problem, it might be a stuck character. The best way to resolve it, is to submit a ticket and a GM will be in contact with you within 1-2 business days. Take care!

I have bought the Karma Koin card and redeemed it through the Nexon website and it worked perfectly.
