• I think I can only play on certain routers. At my campus I FINALLY got maplestory to work. but back home i'm getting the "Maplestory has stopped working" error

• Ok I thin I'm making progress. Today I was able to get past the global select screen and make it to character select. Only when I try to select a character I get the maplestory has stopped working error again. It's a step in the right direction.

• Seems like the only solution is getting a new labtop. but even then I feel like i'm rolling the dice to see if it will work.

• My computer uses windows 10 so I don't think it uses directX. I put maplestory as an administrator but that didn't work either.

• I've also tried changing routers, going to different locations but still no progress.

• I just tried adding maplestory to firewall exceptions and that didn't work.

• The same has happened to me. I sent a ticket and got a response buts its the same thing. Uninstalll and reinstall, repair installation. If they don't work then I don't know what to tell you.
