We need to add level 3 to the links that don't have it. Also they should considering making the cannon link stronger. For example, maybe 30/60/90 all stats. The current level 3 cannon link is weaker than hayato's level 2.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is intended. It seems like a legacy tab like other games have where it shows your no longer obtainable achievements but doesn't give you points for them because they're no longer obtainable.

On the subject of nodestones it might be neat to add a level 200+ PQ area where the reward for clearing is 1-5 nodestones and low chance of arcane river droplet.
