Why does haku need to give the party a damage buff at all? It was a kanna only buff originally, and they have plenty of other utility without it being a party buff.

The difficulty is that the second/third line can roll anything from rare-unique so good luck getting what you want.
apparently legion only uses your top 40 characters. So assuming this is correct adding more slots is nothing more than a convenience for us. IE. There's no balance concerns with making 10k legion too easy by adding more slots.
