I find it quite telling that nexon is so determined to slow down normal server leveling speeds that they are willing to shut down marvel vaults for everyone for three weeks and counting.
Just enable exp coupons.

As you can see enabling 2x exp coupons wouldn't actually be that huge - except for the 3x coupons in marvel which are fairly limited in supply.

I don't have a problem with adding zero to reboot, but we should probably help out normal server's leveling speeds a bit if we're going to give reboot even more exp gains. (Zero's legion effect)
