It also doesn't help that some people can't even get the event to work properly for them. The burning works, but the event is broken and they're not getting the other benefits like items etc.
Just an update:
I did a client fix, the issues all still persist. Have yet to do a full uninstall and reinstallation as I just can't be bothered at the moment.

Loaded into the game and nothing.
