I am having the same problem as you @NightPrayer9. I'm hoping it comes back whenever they fix the boxes but I also filed a ticket. Don't expect a reply different from what you got though.

I'm from Broa and my highest is a lvl 225 Shade. I honestly don't know my accounts age but it has been around long before the Pirate class was first made!
I don't think you can even beat some of the quests anymore. Some of the mobs no longer exist that I could find or if they do they seem to be a "new" version that does not register with the quests, same with the drops.

You can skip them once they start playing, just hit the space bar. I mean ideally it wouldn't play at all, but once it starts you don't have to watch the full thing again.
