all 4 guilds in the alliance I'm in are very active Tempus, Tempted, Echelon, and Gallant. ,I'd suggest checking them out :P.

The real solution is to let better, re-obtainable badges have potential. Makes no sense that there's only one in the entire game that can have potentials added, and for it to be a subpar badge itself.
