same issue, did tried full shutdown, still stuck at 100mb installed and then verify to redownload again

remind that shadow spear also cause dc if u summon too much of the spear at the same time, basiclly with 3 shadow partener + shadow spear will cause this

looks like nexon is useing a 5 dollars server for Reboot they should really consider either upgrade it or open another Reboot and do transfer event
