Looks like the problem will be fixed with today's patch. But affected users won't be compensated until later, which means some of us will miss the 50% off Honor Point event..

well I got two Mag souls...sooo...true? How many soul did you crafted? I crafted 13 and didn't get any mag souls.

I think it is just the packaged items that are bugged. I was able to purchase and used the individual honor medals.
