I agree with this. For all intents and purposes, symbol progression rates for Reboot and non-Reboot are identical. There is no reason Reboot should not receive access to these event symbols.

Two other buffs that don't remain when a player is disconnected are the Atmospheric MVP Experience Buff and the Legion Meso Obtained Buff
