im having the same problem too this happen case channel 1 of reboot server crashed i though they fix this but it seems they didnt

rollback wont happen in reboot server sence you cant trade in reboot

also i noticed the lag stoped after maintence then the lag started back up again after daily resets of event items bosses and such not sure if you removed the hidden npcs or not but could the hidden npcs get re-added to the event hall after the daily reset of events bosses and such
