    Bug Type: In game

    Bug Summary: I tried using a 2nd 50% hammer on my ring but it says '2 upgrade uses have been used already' when i only used 1 hammer on my sup gollux ring. I tried to use 2 hammers on my pants but it still only allowed me to use 1 hammer when it clearly says 'can be used only twice per item'.

    Steps to reproduce: Use 2 golden hammers on an item
