    Brief bug summary: Jett skills Starline one, Starline Two, and Starline Three are doing reduced damage.

    More details:

    Starline one, Starline Two, Starline Three: these skills are supposed to be doing 420%, 420%, and 400% damage respectively, however Starline four (470%) is doing about 1.5x the damage of the previous Starline skills. As a result these skills may realistically be doing 240% damage.


    Steps to reproduce:
    Use Starline one, two, or three on a monster.
    For comparison, use Starline four or any other skill on the same monster to see a distinct damage decrease.
