It's probably true that many people use the Kanna class to hack or bot on, since it has Kishin after all and it would require you to only use a single computer. With this idea you decided to increase/or change the autobans on kanna in particular, despite this influencing normal Kanna players. You admit this probably influences legit Kanna's as well and while you do say, that you and Nexon is looking into that, the reactions of people have shown copy-pasted responses and the like, and I have not heard a single case of a Kanna getting unbanned since this stuff (and I would believe they'd be at least vocal about it)
So in the end, what this statement means for maining a kanna: You have a higher chance of getting caught in the auto-ban system than other classes for some reason, and if you do get banned, there is still a slim chance to get unbanned, and probably requires a high amount of effort with support. I think it's ridiculous that a class has a higher chance of an automatic permanent ban than any other, which could trigger just by playing normally.
If your system DOES fail to function 100% of the time, doesn't that mean you should have some way of checking BEFORE you permanent ban anyone that triggers the faulty system? Even if you do decide to unban legit players after investigation, should the risk of the ban being faulty, and therefore the effort of support tickets, live chat, and proving yourself as legit REALLY fall upon the Kanna players? Shouldn't that be with Nexon instead? This really bothers me.
In the last couple of days I've noticed a LOT of reports of people getting permanent bans, for no reason. It only seems to affect Kanna characters. Here are some people that say they've been impacted by this:
A lot of Kanna perma bans for no clear reason, all since the patch. However, support so far seems to have reported they've just been hacking. It seems too much of a coincidence for this to happen to so many people at the same time, on Kanna only too. On reddit I see some people have mentioned it might be because of Shikigami Charm, but another person mentioned they didn't even have the skill bound. Someone else reported he had just used a rune. I of course can't verify this is true or not, but with this many reports it does seem likely not just them all lying.
Is the support looking into a potential bug since the last maintenance? Should I be worried when I play on my Kanna that I could get banned?
So then why didn't you decide to make Haku's Blessing into a self-buff?
The second set of feedback you quoted in the main post clearly state that Kanna will be completely useless on her own when the Haku buff is a flat buff instead of %. Sure this will remove some of the issues surrounding party play, making Kanna + mage parties less dominating, but is this not making Kanna on her own completely irrelevant?
Really disappointed by this move, hope Nexon will re-think their decision and remove the NX option from the reboot world completely. It doesn't make sense if after 1.5 years of non-p2w you start ruining the server by a simple cash-grab, you're pissing off a lot of people.
