Remove the Sol Erda Cap

First the Oz White Jade Ring Box nerf and now the sol erda cap. this change would just make people log off after an hour of capping.
Still lagging after maintence..

Honestly I don't think they know how to fix it at this point, its been over a year and server issues are still occuring. Might be time for them to hire a few more techs.
