    As far as I researched, Cadenas do not keep its 100/100 base speed and jump in the endgame at KMS. Here at GMS, we are currently the only in the Thief branch without it maxed by default after 4th Job, and we also don't have a skill like Haste. That complicates a lot the grinding in the Arcane River. Also, why a skill useful for dodging only and pretty good for bossing (Summon Scimitar) has to have 4 sec. cooldown instead of just 2 sec. or no c/d at all? Really expecting answers from Arwoo here
