    Summary: Once you've received a message through the UI, the message persists forever.

    Details: If you do anything that results in the game sending you a message, the UI for it will pop up on your screen every time you change instance somehow. This includes (but is probably not limited to): Changing channel, entering the cash shop, changing maps, logging in.
