I don't understand this. It is not hard at all to find out if there's a maintenance or not. It clearly tells you there's one if you hit the play button. On top of that, you can also find out by going through the tiles in the nexon launcher. Even if you aren't on your desktop, you can filter the feed on the site.

Used at least 100 master craftsman cubes and never ranked up... but it gives me this instead
