Maybe consider fixing Kanna now...
I'd argue enough time has passed.
Maybe I'm naive thinking that anything said by Nexon officials matters.

Edit #2: While you're at it, also there's this thing called quest counter lag or something like that. Fix that too please. The combo of all of these is a serious pain.

I was sad to not find anything about Kanna within the notes, but I didn't expect any changes since this is a major KMS patch.
However, I'd be interested in a statement that gives us some clarity on the current status of Kanna.
Are they still "gathering info for a possible revision"?

I both need and want to say this again.
Please, please all of you who are Kanna mains and also all who love and appreciate the class for any reason: Do not let this issue go under the carpet and do not let this die.

I want to say yet again, and intentionally in a new thread, that this Kanna "balancing" is insanely unfair.
I don't want to speak in the name of the community... but in my own case, I'm accepting of change. This change had a point and our range is now logical and comparable to other classes.
What I'm hoping and waiting for Nexon to do, is to rebalance our skills to mitigate the change as to not make us completely obsolete.
Please just adjust the damage % on the skills so we can continue being relevant. Undo the damage done to Kanna by just balancing Kanna itself without affecting party buffs of any sort.
At this point I think it matters beyond a doubt, and it seriously is warranted.
I am not gonna let this go...
I am gonna make a schedule to be able to spam this issue till it's resolved if needed.

I don't have a reputation of doing this but I just have to say something.
As some have already said, I don't think this senseless Kanna nerf is about Kanna at all.
To me it looks more like Nexon's patching policy as I've seen suggested.
Thing that I just can't understand is whyyyyyyy do you keep asking for opinions at all when you know it won't matter in the end.
Isn't it enough you kill off our main and still you have to raise false hope just so it hurts more?
This just has to be the most documented case of a Nexon fail with really clear evidence of who's to blame. I never blamed Nexon for the bad hacker attacks even though some of the blame should be on their side for not being better prepared.
But this? This feels like we're being robbed from just one side.

Edit: Just to add, some friends as well as me were waiting since the introduction of Sengoku for endless Kanna bugs and issues that were constantly there to be fixed to the point where it almost did become balanced just to have this following right after. Forgive me, but this just hits emotionally.
Every single post so far posted is very valid and well explained.
I'll pitch in once again as a Kanna main.
Kanna NEEDS haku buff as is to be AVERAGE at soloing.
Other mages getting it breaks the game.
Physical dmg classes gain nothing.
Change the latter two please and keep the first one intact or Kanna will not be worth anybody's time. And that would be a shame cause it's very fun to play.
My suggestion is: make it buff everyone in pty slightly or not buff anyone at all.
As is, Kanna already is great support with kishin, barriers and 5th job skill.
