Brief bug summary:
Buff freezer doesn't save Hayato's Iaijutsu Phantom Blade buff stacks on death
More details:
At first I thought this was something to do with the duration of buff determining whether or not buff freezer is applied to it. However, even short 10 second buffs such as Angelic Buster's link are preserved with buff freezers while phantom blade buff is not.

Steps to reproduce:
Cast Iaijutsu Phantom Blade on any mob or boss, then die while having a buff freezer. Opt to use the buff freezer. Phantom blade buff will not be retained upon resurrection.
