In order for new/legit players to catch up or even just to progress familiars at a reasonable rate, Reboot needs Red Familiar Cards to be available. At the moment, epic tier and greater familiars are completely inaccessible to Reboot players, despite some players having old Oda familiars that are ridiculously powerful. Being able to reroll the extremely limited amount of epic familiars accessible would allow players to obtain a few decent lines.
