Dear Nexon, I use to play Maplestory back in original release and throughout the years a big part of the game was the community, party quest, trading and socializing. Now is much smaller and finding a PQ is not possible, I know a lot of my friends quit this game, because the reasons they played are no longer available to them. A suggestion is to host the worlds (Ex. Scania) like channels to make the game more playable or even reduce the channel amounts. I for one am not as interested in Maplestory 2 as most, I am sure a lot of people would come back if they had a community to come back to. this would be beneficial to you and your players, just think about it.
