    Brief bug summary: The skill "The Nuclear Option" from Cannoneers 5th job has a sizeable delay before it does its damage after casting.

    Steps to reproduce: Use the skill.

    Here is an example of the bug occurring:


    And here is an example from KMS of how it should work (at 0:51):


    Notice how in KMS, the bomb explodes as soon as it hits the ground, rather than disappearing and then exploding later.
