    I haven't been on in a while, but I know bosses like Zakum (at level 100+), Hilla (120+), Horntail (bout 130+), Pink Bean (160+) and Empress (170+) were good sources of exp. I know Zakum got changed so I'm not sure if his clear time or exp rates are the same.
