  • Can Kannas get Will of the Alliance?

    So can Kannas (and Hayatos I suppose) get the Will of the Alliance Skill (+5 all stats, atk)? I've done basically all the story quests up until the ones that need you to be lvl 125+ which the other classes didn't need (most of them seemed to finish around 75) but still no Will of Alliance.
