This is actually a joke now. They just updated the support page.
2 weeks without play and the best they could come up with is CON+ALT+DELETE to force shut the program. What the hell is that supposed to do? I've tried it multiple times now and no change. It doesn't do anything. They are too naive to realise that the problem is on THEIR side, not ours. They better fix it with the next maintenance that is supposed to hit today.
