We all know the familiar system on reboot is super unbalanced. People who farmed odas and boogies before the second revamp are at an advantage wth crazy ied and boss lines. The people who didn't are left with useless content, and the chances of them ever seeing any boss or ied lines are very slim. Add red familiar cards to the reboot cash shop to at least give the players who didn't farm odas or boogies a chance.
Give us a 24 hour DMT please. Toss in an unlimited cube sale like usual while your at it. I am under the impression that the limited cube sale is due to the normal servers. I have heard that 1b meso = 10k+ MP in normal servers which would be game breaking for DMT.
If this is the case, please give Reboot a normal and lengthy DMT.
The game has been "going downhill" ever since big bang dropped, depending on who you ask.
People have cried that Schrodinger's MMO has been both dead and dying(simultaneously, somehow) so hard and for so long that the entire argument, to me, feels tainted. That it's just people who don't like that the game was made more accessible, that their months of grinding to hit level 70 didn't mean as much anymore, and they're angry at that fact and are trying to insist to people that the game is dead because of their personal feelings on the mattter.
It's actually not even really exclusive to this game, though it seems to happen most often here. Just the very concept of a game being "dead" or "dying" because someone doesn't like it or doesn't like the direction it's going feels like a bad-faith, low-effort argument.
It's perfectly fine to dislike the direction the game is going in. However, to say that the game is dead, dying, "going downhill", or anything in between because it's deviated from what you feel to be the right path is disingenuous.
Except OP never mentioned anything about the game being "dead" or "dying." All OP is saying is that the game is going downhill, which is true to him and many other players.
And telling people to stop buying nx won't work, because yeah sure majority of us aren't, but there are those KRAKENS that out spend even them whales, who don't necessarily care about the longevity of the game, but are probably the ones that are keeping KR from just pulling the plug on GMS.
So maybe we can't stop normal server whales, but the majority of GMS players are on reboot. Since its free to play, reboot can afford to stop buying NX.
There are a lot of reboot players that spend hundreds and some even spend thousands on NX. An NX boycott on reboot would remind them that they have an unhappy playerbase.
Otherwise, I don't see Nexon changing at all. They only respond to money.
