Having to wait 3 weeks is an insane amount of time to wait just to roll for hairs. These past rotations have been mildly disappointing to me, and back then hair rotations use to be every 2 weeks. There are hundreds of hairs out, and it is almost impossible to get an old desire hair we want, especially when there are two new hairs and 4 old ones once every 3 weeks.
