This Discussion in order to address and hopefully fix the issue regarding an immediate boot from the Region Selection screen. I notice that there are an incredible amount of people who are experiencing issues advancing to the character selection screen or being able to access the in-game at all. The problem starts at the very first screen that prompts you ( the user) to choose whether you are a North American or European player. Once you select your Region, you might come across the following image shown below: If this is currently happening to you, then know that this problem is still being addressed by Nexon and that there are plenty of players who are currently experiencing the same problems as you are. I understand the pain you are all feeling right now. If I wasn't able to play the game currently, then I would not be here now. I am more inclined to think that Nexon might still be working on migrating accounts from one server to another. Regardless of whether you are a North American or European player, both regions will still experience some kind of issues being able to log in to the game.
So I have seen a lot of these issues appearing lately. Know that you aren't alone. I myself am not able to play the game shortly after selecting my region. My best guess as to why this is the case is that there might have been more complications migrating user information from one location to another. If that is the case, then Nexon will be posting more Scheduled Server Maintenance's in the forseeable future.
