I absolutely agree that there are needs for action to be taken from the company side in regard to the Maplehood event- Gachapon Day 2 overlapping an 8 hours scheduled maintenance (which has a potential of extension). Below are my reasons for call of actions toward the current issue:
1) 1/3 of the event time being unavailable resulting from the maintenance
2) maintenance time is situated at waking hours for most time zone, further increasing inconvenience for player base in engaging with the event (or due to the need of sleeping, some player will have further decreased hours to engage with the event)
3) there's no reminder on the patch notice attempt to remind player of this temporal overlap between maintenance and the event
4) there's no evidence at the moment of the post that the company have plan to address this temporal overlap between maintenance and the event
I am hoping that there would be at least a response showing that the company is aware of this type of issues and provide a proper management in the future.
In my opinion, this type of small careful management is what show the players that the company really truly value their players' feedback.
