I've been searching and searching for how to fill the meter that gives me a blooming coin and it says that in order to fill it i have to kill monsters within level range (+/-20 levels) and i've been doing that and nothing is filling. Is this broken for anyone else? Or am i doing something wrong. I've accepted every quest possible,talked to each NPC and bloomed the red flower with hana and the meter is in my lower right corner. What's going on?
