This chair is titled: New World New Friends I don't know who these new NPCs are but they have awesome looking faces. This chair would have the 4 NPCs standing around the Maple character who is standing on a vanishing/translucent plank. The faces of the npc would move constantly as if staring into a nebula. The V symbol on top would also have the nebula effect moving in and out.
To get this chair, one must be lvl 200+ and go to the new world and talk to all the NPCs in town. The chair will be given as a sort of "welcome" gift in celebration of the V update.
