I wanted to provide a suggestion regarding the item called Spirit Steps which is obtained through the Arcana Set Coupon (Which was sold during the Black Friday Weeklong Sales running through Nov. 25 2024 to Dec. 8 2024).
As an avid Maplestory fashion enthusiast, my goal when playing this game is to always make sure my character looks amazing through any content I clear (bosses, training, etc.) - from the hairstyle and face, to curated colorblend eyes and hairs to suit my fashion. When I noticed the Arcana Set Coupon was for sale during this period, I knew I had to obtain it (not only do I love the Arcana world, but I love the visual aesthetic of this set).
However, after obtaining the set and opening it, I was slightly disappointed to find out that the shoes Spirit Steps did not have a floating / hovering effect (similar to Star Messenger's "Starlit Walk", BTS "Silent Night", Spirit Collector "Spirit Steps"). Given how difficult it would be to obtain the Arcana Set Coupon, and the world after which this set was designed, I had hoped to be able to float with my spirit friends!
This set is very special as it has been designed after the Arcana world, known for being inhabited by spirits, I feel it is only fitting that a character dressed in this outfit would also have the ability to float. With the limited options for shoes that provide the effect of floating / hovering, I believe that the Arcana Set (specifically, the shoes Spirit Steps), should provide that visual effect given the exclusive nature of this set. Alternatively, the Rock Spirit Rescue (NX Weapon) would be a great choice to add the floating / hovering effect, as equipping the Weapon summons the Arcana Spirits beside you.
I have included a photo of my character within this request with the Arcana Set equipped for your review. Additionally, my partner has provided me with GIFs showing various items that provide this float / hovering effect.
