Anyways, I think you should reconsider times for maintenance, or at least have separate ones for NA and EU servers. The current time, 4PM, is the worst possible time disable a MMO game. People come back from work or school and want to play, it's been second day in a week that I couldn't play because of stupid time for a maintenance. By the time it's over I will be getting ready to sleep. Not the best PR right there, I think it shouldn't be a huge problem to have separate times for both servers or at the very least choose one that isn't a major offender to either region, as it is right now doesn't make any sense.
