Things don't just happen 95% of the time. I don't need to be a software engineer to know that bugs suck, but I am well aware that they either get fixed in under a few hours (not counting test server) or if they take too long they get fixed the following patch, unless it's gamebreaking. But that's the problem, most maintenance prolonging bugs are gamebreaking and a multi-million dollar company shouldn't be experiencing this 52 times every year.

if you're taking days to find a missing semi-colon, then you're doing something wrong. I've done python and some C and I know that syntax errors can be scanned in seconds/minutes and be rectified immediately. At best, you'll only need a few hours if the compiler attributes the error in another line. With a game like maplestory it will obviously take longer since it's 10gb worth of lines but definitely not 12 hours.

To be honest customer service has gotten better over the past couple of years. However it's still miles away from becoming anyone near good.

^Yep I'm not giving a single cent for this rotation out of spite. They were just trying to tease us with 30 day versions in the hopes that we'd spend upward of 100 bucks to get the permanent outfit of our respective wondroid.

I thought this event couldn't get any worse (what with the annoying JQ, the buggy maps, the accidental bans, etc) but somehow nexon found a way as they always do.

I was at the very least hoping it would be sold as individual NX perms but hey why not just throw it into the RNG box so someone could spend 100 bucks to have a chance of getting their respective wondroid outfit

Garbage event

30 boxes so far and no S jewel. Failed all my As and a lot of B fusions. I don't get why it's even RNG, the event lasts for a limited time (2.5 weeks) and we only get about 100 coins on average (170 if you're lucky with the minigames). And we can only buy 15 boxes per day, last time around we could buy as many boxes as possible. If I remembered correctly, many people (such as myself) skipped this event because of the time constraints set up. It's no different this time.

This is why we need a diligence backstop like Akradian suggested. This game has basically become a full blown slot machine.
