I understand how things can screw up. Yes they should have bigger test servers and what not. What I dont understand is why not give a definitive answer on when they will be back online? Its like when you are running late to meet up with someone. If you tell them you are 10 min away but actually you are more like 20-30 mins. They will get pissed of because in that time they could have done something. If Nexon was able to give a definitive answer on when the servers would be back up. People would be happier. Even if they think it will be around 2 hours. But they say 3hrs. People will at least be able to work around it and will ultimately be happier.
