Not getting past region screen or character select

Sometimes I get to the character screen, sometimes I'm stuck at region select. The game will either crash or load infinitely. Help please.
Game stops loading after region select

The game loads up fine but come time to select my region (NA), I click it, and it just stops. Doesn't exactly crash or force close the game, it just stops. Forever black screen of horror. Same thing happened yesterday, but a relaunch fixed it and I could play. That is not working now.
