    Brief bug summary: Nebulite [A] 4% DEX shows DEX 2% when socketed onto an equipment.

    More details:
    Two of my items are affected and I recorded the second time I socketed an [A] 4% nebulite.




    Steps to reproduce:
    Create a socket on a equipment, socket a [A] 4% DEX nebulite, check equipment shows [A] 2% DEX nebulite.

    Character level: 223

    Character job: Mercedes

    World name: Scania
