  • Suggestions for Royal Hairs/Faces & Perm NX Covers

Wow are you serious? Why wouldn't they make a hair coupon to where you could select the hair you want, like they did for the SaO event?! Just looking at how ridiculous the cash shop preview is I'm very disappointed in this event now. They get more p2w every year.

Aesthetics aren't a p2w aspect of the game, but they were being really slimy about the royal hair rotations. It's unreasonable to be hosting a crossover event and have people spend money only to have a chance to get an aesthetic item that is completely irrelevant to the crossover event. To make things worse, the livestream demo they did last week allowed players to use style coupons that gave you the specific hairstyle that you wanted at a 100% chance, as opposed to having to gamble with royal hair coupons. I would've happily paid NX to be able to buy certain crossover aesthetics at a flat rate just like the SAO and AoT event, but now I doubt I'll be buying anything.

Altogether it's not a pay-to-win move to allow aesthetics to be obtained this way, but It's just downright misleading and probably dishonest to be showcasing what simply doesn't exist in this event.

  • Finally a Crossover! Re:Zero Lets discuss

Summarizing what I was expecting from the event:

-Re:Zero themed hair coupons would've been purchasable with 5k NX flat with the option to choose styles, similar to the SAO event with an account limit.
-Re:Zero themed NX would've been purchasable with 4-8k NX flat, but will be untradable upon purchase
-Re:Zero themed Surprise Style Boxes would be purchasable at a flat 4k per box rate with a guarantee chance at one of the Re:Zero exclusive items. The takeaway of buying boxes is that it gives the edge of tradability among players, just like the SAO/AoT event.

It's honestly BS that they decided to incorporate a 13/50 rate in the style boxes and a 1/6 rate for hair styles, especially considering that they've literally showcased the hair styles by USING the character-specific coupons in the livestream.

  • Finally a Crossover! Re:Zero Lets discuss

Extremely disappointed at the way exclusive items being handled. I caught a bit of the livestream and the Re:Zero hair styles were presented as coupons with a 100% chance to grant you the look that you have purchased. This is extremely misleading and just downright dishonest now that the hair is only obtainable by chance through royal hair - we've all been had. I mean, couldn't Nexon have at least MADE the hair obtainable just like SAO and AoT event? They just straight-up slaughtered the hype by distributing items like this...

Also equally disappointed with the Surprise Style Boxes. I'll reserve my judgment until I find out the rate of obtaining these NX exclusives, but otherwise there are a lot of junk that is completely unrelated to Re:Zero and at the moment seems like an overpriced gamble, knowing that the rates probably won't be especially favorable.
