I submitted a ticket about it being bugged so hopefully they had already known? They claimed to have forwarded it. One would assume it was not forwarded to the trash bin but that is what appears to happen to hacking reports so who knows.

6838 could be anything between 171 accounts and 6838 but we'll never know until you become transparent.

edit: as pointed out below I forgot to consider people could have characters on multiple worlds. 171 assumes 40 character maximum but if we add all the other worlds the potential minimum value gets smaller and smaller.

I don't see anything wrong with this. But the first change should be to show accounts not characters banned.

Obviously it's unlikely that any of these bans were 40 character accounts but even if each of them had only on average 5 characters the botting/hacking bans quickly drops to 500. It could be even less. On the extreme end of things if every account banned had 40 characters that's a whopping 64 account bans in a week.

I assure you that all reports are taken seriously and thoroughly investigated.

You can assure me all you want, the proof is in the action taken.

Here's a good change for next a better maple that I forgot about in my previous post.

Crafting decay update:

Either flat out remove this terrible mechanic or at least increase the delay until decay starts. As it currently stands it is NOT EVEN 24 hours before it starts. Could update it to be 24 hours, or a few days?
