Bring back Permanent Friendship/Crush Rings

It's been over a year since there's been a permanent friendship rings sale: http://maplestory.nexon.net/news/3437/cash-shop-specials-7-29-8-4
There was that one BFF event where we were able to get "friendship rings" but they weren't character specific and not NX Ring covers.

I think it's about time we had another sale. Thoughts?
