I guess you can say... Nexon really ROCKED your mind. Sorry.

Seriously all day they been having maintenance. Why would they even put the game back up if it wasn't even fixed. The auction house doesn't even work either and the lag still exists. Call me a whiner but this is pretty ridiculous if they have to keep putting the game in maintenance all the time. Just let it ride through maintenance until all of the bugs are fixed. Then put the game back up.

according to the patch notes, this is due to the sheer number of people trying to play and the servers aren't handling it too well.

"... due to the sheer number of people trying to play...." idk about this one because years ago the game was way more crowded. I remember when all channels would be at least 1/2 full, if not more. Now, 4/5 years later, the servers can't handle it. ~shakes head~

You have to understand though. Technology back that was not as advanced as now. You have a lot more systems running now protecting maplers behind the scenes. Just because times have changed, does not "imply" that the servers should be perfect. (Not meant to be read aggressively, just an input)

With all the money they gained from people trying to get this Totem, but they still can't hired smart enough programmers to get this new patch job done!!!

Insulting the programmers gets you and the company no where.
Please be patient with Nexon and their efforts to fix the servers.

Are you new to Maple that you seem so oblivious to the facts? I've read a lot of your posts recently and either you're an undercover nexon employee or someone who is not familiar to how Nexon operates.

I'm fully aware of how Nexon operates and I'm sure you are too. However, insulting individuals as quoted many times on several different threads is not tolerated for any reason. You wouldn't insult someone in real life, you would give constructive feedback. I'm simply just trying to lay out that bashing a company will get you no where. Nexon is attempting to fix what is broken.

Insult nexon? saying a company just cares about money and not their player base is not insulting, you guys just arent clear with people about what you really want, you never give reasons about why it takes so long to do stuff and even when you do why they don't work out, you guys like to keep everything hidden from players.

I am free to doubt your company, we all are, i never signed something to truts you 100% and i am also free to share my thoughts, and yea is a forum, looks like it's the only way you guys sometimes read what your community is thinking.

Keep it constructive, i've read hundreds of constructive advices , some pretty good ones, but they were never heard.

Feel free to ban me if you want, anyways i'm tired of your community managers, i actually think they are the weak side of maplestory

Calling Nexon, "pathetic, medicre, can't do their job" are all insults stated by you. You are free to complain, however as stated by the manager, you shouldn't insult Nexon or their methods (or anyone) for that matter.

How would you feel if you were trying your hardest at your job and someone who is a costumer walks in and says you are pathetic, mediocre and cant do your job. They should hire someone else. You wouldn't feel good right? That is because it is an insult.

so, it looks like nexon already showed us that they just care about money, they haven't fixed reboot, it's impossible to play with lag in every channel, but since they don't actually get money from us like they do on other servers. they just dont care anymore.

There was this maintenance for today but they just postponed, because they want money, all they care about is money, not players, we all are some credit cards for them, pathetics

First of all, lets understand that managing such a high traffic of players in a short amount of time is not easy. Try pushing millions of cars through one tunnel at once and ensure none crash and none get stuck. Oh btw, if they do, you have to fix them instantly to ensure good flow. It is not going to happen.

Money is used to run servers. If you honestly think Nexon is just "money hungry" then why are you spending money? You can choose to leave? You don't have to pay. People pay because they enjoy Nexon's service. Nexon does care because maple is still up and running. The maintenance was not postponed because they want money, it was postponed so that each user has a better experience, and to ensure everything is working correctly.

You are not a credit card to Nexon.
